Interested in Industry Certification?
Industry Certification is becoming the standard in the call center business. Why? Because to learn everything you need to know to be considered an "expert" in the field, you would need to work in a variety of call center organizations, in different industries and cultures, with different client bases - Business to Business (B2B and B2C). It would take too long to do this and why reinvent the wheel, when there are those who have pioneered this field already?
If you have a need to be industry certified or want to take the industry standards test, you can achieve this by enrolling in the Radclyffe University Industry Certification Program or you can work toward it at your own pace by selecting one of our 3 Personalized Learning Channels.
Take on-line courses with a test at the end at your own pace and then matriculate into the Certification Program after you have successfully completed 3 courses

Take one-elearning course a month
Your advisor will work with you and your leader to determine a mission-critical call center imitative and its success measures as your independent study work
You will spend your final week working with your advisor to establish success measures for your independent study and your will take your final exam
Your advisor will provide you with ongoing coaching and support to make sure your independent study is successful
